This machine is the automatic special production line used for angle steel marking, punching (round, hole, slot hole) and shearing, mainly in the field of angle steel tower industry, electric power fittings, structure storage facilities, and steel structure construction industries, etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Feeding speed and punching speed are very fast, greatly improve the production efficiency. For 50x50x4mm angles, it can process 9 to 10 tons per 8 hours.
• This machine is improved on the basis of the ordinary angle steel line, designed special for processing the small angles that used in the communication tower Single blade shearing, no scraps.
• It can process small size angle 40mm.
• The automatic feeding device adopt high technology, AC servo motor with gear rack drive, highprecision with stable quality. The new design of clamp rod adopt the pneumatic lift, high speedand efficiency.
• The pressing angle device, feeding carriage,material supporting device, and clamping claws allhave obtained national patents protection.
• Easy programming, adopt instruction programming and lofting software. It can read  NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
• All marking, punching and shearing in automatic completeness, all finished angles can
  beunloaded by pneumatic turnover device so as to lighten the working strength.
